House shopping
I tell you what...House ownership and even renting are hard to come by. Don't let them fool you into believing it's easy. It's only easy if you have perfect credit or bad crdit and a down payment saved up. My house fell threw so I won't get to be a home owner just yet(we'll try again in a year and have a downpaymnet this time). I am trying to renmt though and it's just as bad. They need to do credit checks and if you don't have good credit many of them turn you down..it's stupid and doesn't make any sence just like everything else. How can I ever obtain good renter history if no one will let me rent. AND how can I raise my credit if no one will give me the chance. It's a vicious cycle and I don't like it.
